Coaching Tip: Control your breathing. Whether you're lifting heavy or running sprints your muscles are using oxygen. The more efficient your breathing the longer you'll be able to maintain your optimal level of performance.
Healthy Habit: Create and maintain consistent (7 days a week) sleep cycles of 7 to 9 uninterrupted hours. Neither your body nor your mind can grow and further develop without adequate rest. When you work hard you need to sleep well.
