Eating S.M.A.R.T at the Prison Commissary

The following lists contain items which may be purchased at the F.C.I. McKean Commissary. I've separated these food items into three different lists according to the frequency that each should or should not be purchased and consumed. It's the "quality" of these foods that you choose to buy and eat that is going to have the greatest impact on your body composition. Without proper nutrition a,d adequate rest, your body will not be able to fully recover from strenuous activities like HIIT and MIT sessions.

Making a conscious decision to "Eat S.M.A.R.T" is the most reliable way to achieve maximum results from your body in the least amount of time. The efficiency of your eating habits should match the efficiency of your training. Much of the time and effort you invest in your training can be lost if you're not meeting all of your body's nutritional needs. The following lists are intended to help you make S.M.A.R.T choices the next time you head over to the commissary. Ignorance is no longer an excuse...Eat S.M.A.R.T.
