The following lists contain items which may be purchased at the F.C.I. McKean Commissary. I've separated these food items into three different lists according to the frequency that each should or should not be purchased and consumed. It's the "quality" of these foods that you choose to buy and eat that is going to have the greatest impact on your body composition. Without proper nutrition a,d adequate rest, your body will not be able to fully recover from strenuous activities like HIIT and MIT sessions.
