F.A.S.T - Flexability And Stability Techniques

The acronym F.A.S.T. stands for Flexibility, Agility, and Stability Techniques. This class integrates dynamic stretching, jumping rope, agility ladders, cone drills, hurdles, partner rescue training and much more into twelve week cycles.
