A) Warm Up: (2) Sets (6) Chin-Ups + (6) Burpees with Jumps
B) Total Body Endurance Circuit
1) Chin-Ups x 100 reps
2) Leap Frogs x 1/3 mile (approx. 250 reps)
3) Hindu Push-Ups x 100 reps
4) Elbow Plank x 2 minutes
5) Side Planks x 1 minute each side
6) Hamstring Bridge x 2 minutes
* Complete #'s 1 through 6 in order in less than 60 minutes - taking only as long as you need throughout.
B) Total Body Endurance Circuit

2) Leap Frogs x 1/3 mile (approx. 250 reps)
3) Hindu Push-Ups x 100 reps
