PBF's Favorite Exercises, Moves & More
These "Top 10 Lists" are compilations of my all-time favorite exercises. All of these moves can be both fun (if you're a masochist like me) and extremely effective. Over the past decade I've had great success while incorporating these movements into my advanced training and conditioning programs.
***Prior to attempting any of these exercises, all trainees should first seek to establish a high level of General Physical Preparation (GPP) with a strong emphasis on core conditioning. Most of these exercises are advanced variations and SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED BY NOVICE TRAINEES***
Take some time to experiment with these movements and see how they might enhance your current or future routines. If you have a favorite move that doesn't appear anywhere on these lists than contact us and we'll ask you to submit a video of yourself performing that exercise and we might add it to and display it with our lists. We are always looking for new challenges to help us train harder and smarter than our competition.
