1) Burpees without a Jump (Fully Standing) x 10 reps
2) Rowing Machine (Concept II) (Full Flexion & Extension of Legs) x 100 reps
3) Push-Ups 2" off Floor (Chest Touches Towel) x 20 reps
4) Sprint to Monkey Bars x 150 meters
5) Monkey Bar Swings with Pull-Up on each Rung x 8 rungs
6) Sprint to Pull-Up Bar x 100 meters
7) Chin-Ups x 10 reps
8) Sprint back to Start x 150 meters
9) "Tag" next man to start x 1
10) Recovery x approximately 8 min's
