1) Stability Ball Single Leg Wall Squat (ball on back or side) x 6 ea. leg
2) Stability Ball Prone "Shock" Push-Up x 12 reps (release both hands @ top and bounce chest off ball)
3) Stability Ball Prone Hyper Extensions x 12 reps
4) Stability Ball Supine Sit-Up with Medicine Ball Wall Throw and Rebound x 12 reps
5) Recovery x 60 sec's
