Maximum Intensity Training - Total Body Fitness

Prison Body Fitness is the brain child of a highly motivated and extremely resourceful X-Con Group Trainer who's currently serving time in a remote federal facility.  Since 2001 he has been pushing the boundaries of human potential with his customized Maximum Intensity Training Program. He created PBF not only to share the wealth of knowledge and experience he's acquired but also to spark inspiration and innovation in all those who seek it.

PBF's Life-Long Mission

It is our mission at PBF to teach you how to build a stronger mind and body, one workout at at time, using the M.I.T. system and philosophy.  We will show you how to turn any form of resistance into an opportunity for you to grow and evolve.

Maximum Intensity Training is The Key to unlocking your body's full potential and we believe that there is an even greater strength of mind, body, spirit and character simply waiting to be unleashed from within you.  We're going to help you"Tap-In" to that potential so that you never have to just "Tap-Out".

Choose to "Live Intensely"...Make it M.I.T 4 life with PBF

M.I.T - Maximum Intensity Training

The M.I.T system requires the total synchronization of mind and body.  It demands your absolute presence in every moment.  Your mind cannot be permitted to deviate from the physical task at hand for any reason.  All of your energy must remain solely focused on accomplishing your goal as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What separates M.I.T from all other training systems and philosophies is that the intensity is never lost nor lowered but merely re-directed from one goal to the next.  The total amount of "Effort" can be either increased or decreased accordingly but the level of "Intensity" will always remain the same.  Even during periods of recovery all of your energy is focused on the goal of recuperating as quickly and efficiently as possible.  There is no idle time with M.I.T.

Maintaining Maximum Intensity throughout every stage of your training is The Key to achieving peak performance at both work and play.  Keep it at Max Intensity and you will always be able to outlast and rise above the competition.
Choose to "Live Intensely"... Make it M.I.T 4 Life

PBF's Philosophy and Precepts

It is our belief that we should live every day with the greatest of intensity so that the very best from within us is reflected in all that we do.

  1. We believe that the only way to achieve Maximum Results is with Maximum Intensity Training.
  2. We set ambitious goals for ourselves and then find ways to succeed, even where others have failed.
  3. We don't waste time day-dreaming because we're already chasing down and living out our dreams.
  4. We have great faith in ourselves and unwavering confidence in our abilities.
  5. We know that we possess the strength to overcome any resistance we may encounter.
  6. When our bodies begin to falter we're able to tap into the power of our mind to carry us that extra mile, or ten.
  7. We never quit nor give up hope, Not EVER.
  8. We exceed everyone's expectations except our own.
  9. We realize that we are the masters of our own universe and thus take full responsibility for all that either does or does not occur within our realm of influence.
  10. We lead by our own example and set the pace for all those who choose to follow.

OUR STRENGTH...
  • Our strength of mind allows us to visualize success in the face of any adversity.
  • Our strength of body gives us the confidence to confront any physical challenge head-on.
  • Our strength of spirit elevates us above self doubt and all other forms of discouragement.
  • Our strength of character binds us to all that we believe and outwardly displays the very best that is within us.

Live Intensely

The Prison Body Fitness motto is "Live Intensely."
