The time and effort you have invested into your body needs to be insured. The best way to avoid most common injuries is to always incorporate a dynamic warm-up into your daily workout routine. Some injuries are simply unavoidable but even in those rare instances a dynamic warm-up is likely to reduce any subsequent recovery time. A few extra minutes is all it takes to properly prep your body for the intense action you're certain to experience while training with PBF. While using MIT each day we're placing a tremendous strain on our bodies and these dynamic warm-ups are part of the preventative maintenance that will help keep everything running smoothly day after day.
