Dynamic Warm Up #5
- Joint Mobility / Rotations with special attention placed on the shoulders, hips, and knees. x 10 each direction for ea. joint
- Arm Swings (Front to back and also slightly across the body working hip to shoulder) x 30 sec's
- Leg Swings (Front to back and also across the front of the body to open the hips) x 30 sec's
- Twists (Both Standing tall and bent forward at the waist) x 30 sec's
- Jumping Jacks x 30 sec's
- Butt kickers with Heel Touches x 30 sec's
- Toe Touches with Calf Raise and Overhead Reach x 30 sec's
- Sumo Squat with a Cross Body Reach at top x 30 sec's
- Step-N-Reach (Forward lunge with arms fully extended overhead and slightly bending the torso in the direction of the front foot... left foot forward means that you bend and reach slightly to the left and of course vice versa) x 30 sec's
- Arm Swings (Front to back and also slightly across the body working hip to shoulder) x 30 sec's
- Leg Swings (Front to back and also across the front of the body to open the hips) x 30 sec's
