I follow PBF'S Maximum Intensity Training Because:
We all know that a lot of adaptation goes on inside the body as a result of conditioning training. However, the most visible effect is a decrease in stored body fat. The higher the intensity, the more caloric burn. Recent scientific research has identified forms of high-intensity training as being more efficacious than traditional training platforms. The reason for this can be described two-fold: 1.) The human body becomes less efficient as the intensity increases. 2.) The second reason is due to the rising of the metabolic rate post-workout. This phenomenon is known as excess post-exercise consumption or E.P.O.C. So, by following PBF's Maximum Intensity Training, I incur a caloric burn and expenditure and an increased metabolic rate through out the day. By using PBF's Maximum Intensity Training, you get the ripple effect while staying ripped.
